并置双管腹腔引流的临床应用

目的:比较单管被动引流和双管持续负压引流优缺点,为临床推广应用提供很据。方法:所收集病例随机分为并置双管引流组和对照单管及双套管引流组,观察所有病人住院期间引流通畅程度、是否存在腹腔积液及腹腔内脓肿、引流区触痛、引流孔感染、出血等情况。结果:χ2检验及校正检验提示:并置双管引流其引流效果明显优于传统的单管被动引流及双套管持续负压引流,并发症发生率极低。结论:并置双管引流其引流效果明显优于传统的单管被动引流及双套管持续负压引流,且其并发症发生率极低,应用安全,取材简单。

The Clinical Application of Concatenation Twin-tube Abdominal Drainage

Objective: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of the single tube passive drainage, dual-tube drainage persistant suction drainage and concatenation twin-tube drainage,and offer the fundation to clinical application.Methods:All the cases were organized and divided into test group(concatenation twin-tube drainage group)and control group (single tube passive drainage and dual-tube persistent suction drainage group).The following statuses were observed:smoothing of the drainage,dropsy and abdominal abscess,infection and tenderness in the drainage area,bleeding,et al.Results:χ~2 testing and correcting in spection showed that the effect of the concatenation twin-tule drainage was much better than the traditional single tube passive drainage and dual-tule persistent suction,and there were few complication.Conclusion: The effect of the concatenation twin-tube drainage is better than the traditional single tube passive drainage and dual-tube persistent suction. It's safe, simple, and with very low incident rate of complication.
