腹部B超引导下胚胎移植对体外助孕技术妊娠率的影响

目的研究腹部B超引导下胚胎移植对体外助孕技术妊娠率的影响。方法在生殖中心接受体外助孕技术的患者392例共432个移植周期，A组220周期采用腹部B超引导下移植，B组212个周期采用宫腔盲插法移植，观察2组患者临床妊娠率。结果392例不孕患者经新鲜胚胎移植432个周期，A组临床妊娠85例，临床妊娠率38．64％。B组临床妊娠59例，临床妊娠率27．83％，2组有显著性差异（P〈0．001）。结论腹部B超引导下移植可提高体外助孕技术的临床妊娠率。

Effect of transabdominal ultrasound--guided embryo transfer on the pregnancy rate of assisted reproductive technologies

Objective To investigate the effect of transabdominal ultrasound-guided embryo transfer on the pregnancy rate of assisted reproductive technologies. Methods A prospective randomized trial was performed to compare the ultrasound-guided embryo transfer with the traditional method. A total of 392 patients in 432 transfer circles were randomly divided into two groups on the day of conducting the embryo transfer. The cases in Group A (220 circles) were accepted the transabdominal ultrasound-guided embryo transfer and the cases in Group B (212 circles) accepted the blind-inserting uterine cavity embryo transfer. The clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups were observed. Results 392 infertile patients were performed the fresh embryo transfers for 432 times. The pregnancy rate in Group A (38.64%) was significantly higher than that in Group B (27.83%), showing a significant difference (P<0.001). Conclusions Transabdominal ultrasound-guided embryo transfer can significantly increase the pregnancy rate of assisted reproductive technologies.
