胃代食管术后并发胃肠功能紊乱的临床分析

目的：探讨影响胃代食管术后胃肠功能紊乱的危险因素。方法：回顾性收集食管癌术后并发胃肠功能紊乱患者124例，并与同期未发生胃肠功能紊乱782例进行多因素比较分析。结果：〉60岁、伴糖尿病、术前梗阻〉1月、手术时间〉3．5h、术后紧张忧虑、不同术式、未应用胃肠动力药患者胃肠功能紊乱的发生率比例高（P〈0．05），与患者性别无关（P〉0．05）。结论：年龄偏高、降糖尿病、梗阻时间长、手术时间长、术后紧张忧虑、颈部吻合、右胸三切口、未用胃肠动力药可能是胃代食管术后胃肠功能紊乱的危险因素。

A dinical analysis of gastrointestinal functional disorder following the esophagogastrostomy

Objective：To Study the high risk factors of gastrointestinal function disorder caused by esophagogastro- stomy. Methods：Total of 124 patients with gastrointestinal function disorder after esophagogastrostomy from July 1993 to February 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results ： Gastrointestin function disorder was related to the age over 60 years, diabetes, obstruction of the esophagus over one month, operation time over three and half hours, postoperative tension and apprehension, neck anastomoses and unuse propulsives. Conclusion： Aged patienets, diabetes, obstruction of the esophagus, longer duration of the operation, postoperative anxiety, cervical anastomoses and unuse propulsives might be the high risk factors of gastrointestinal function disorder.
