孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效观察

目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：78例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成观察组40例和对照组38例,两组均采用相同综合治疗,观察组加服孟鲁司特钠,6个月以下2．5mg／d,6个月以上4mg／d,每晚服用1次,疗程至症状和体征消失,观察气促、咳嗽、肺部体征改善时间。结果：观察组总有效率（95．0％）明显高于对照组（81．5％）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=7．22,P〈0．05）。结论：孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎可缩短病程、减轻喘憋程度,无明显不良反应,可作为毛细支气管炎的辅助用药。

The Clinical Observation of Montelukast in Treating Bronchiolitis in Children
