54对有流产、畸胎史夫妇的染色体分析

目的：对54对不明原因流产、畸胎史夫妇做细胞遗传学分析，以探讨染色体异常与不良孕产史的关系，为产前诊断及基因诊断提供依据。方法：取患者外周血淋巴细胞培养、制片、分带。结果：54对夫妇中一方染色体异常5例（4．6％），染色体异常包括：平衡易位、罗伯逊易位、性染色体嵌合、染色体片段丢失及额外小染色体。结论：流产、畸胎史夫妇的染色体异常发生率远高于一般群体发生率，因此对不明原因的自然流产夫妇染色体的研究具有重要意义。

Analysis on chromosome of 54 couples with the history of abortion or teratism

Objective: We made cytogenetic analysis for 54 married couple who had the history of abortion withont reasons and with teratism. To discuss the relations between anomaly and the history of abnormal pegnancy and labor. The data may provide useful information for gene diagnosis and prenatal diagnosis. Methods: Drew peripheral circulation of patient for lymphoeyte culture specimen and banding. Result: Finding out 5 cases of chromosomal anomaly in 54 married couple, it made up 46 percent chomosomal anomaly including: balanced translocation, Robertsonian translocation, sex chromosome mosaic, chromosome fragments deletion and additional small chromosome. Conclusion: Among the married couple having the history of unusual abortion and teratism, incidence is much higher of chromosome anomaly than those of normal population, so, there is important significance to study the chromosome of the married couple who have the history of sponteneous abortion without reasons.
