摘    要:目的:采用正交设计法对银杏叶黄酮类化合物提取工艺参数进行优化。方法:通过以分光光度法测定黄酮含量为指标,以固液比、提取温度、浸取剂pH值为考察因素,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为固液比1:15、提取温度70℃、浸取剂pH值为8。结论:该工艺稳定、合理、可行,适用于工业化生产。

Optimization of the extration of technology of the flavonoids from leaves of Ginkgo biloba by orthogonai design

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the parameters of the flavonoids from leaves of Ginkgo biloba by orthogonal design. Methods: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of flavonoids which was determined by spectrophotometry, and it was indexes while with ratio of solid to liquid, leaching temperature and pH. Resuits: The optimal extraction technology was as follow: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:15, leaching temperature was 70℃ and pH was 8. Conclusion: This extraction technology is stable, reasonable and feasible, and it is applicable for experimental studies.
