70岁以上老年乳腺癌病理分析

目的:探讨70岁以上老年乳腺癌病理特点。方法:回顾分析46例70岁以上老年乳腺癌患者病理分类、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体(CerbB-2)、淋巴结转移等预后因子,以同期629例70岁以下乳腺癌患者作为对照组。结果:70岁以上老年乳腺癌较对照组ER阳性率高(P=0.04)、CerbB-2过表达率低(P=0.02)。结论:70岁以上老年乳腺癌患者往往分化程度更高、侵袭性更低、预后更好,可能ER表达率更高、CerbB-2过表达率低能解释上述临床特点。

Exploration of pathological characterististics on breast cancer in aged women over 70 years

Objective: To explore the pathological characteristic of breast cancer in women more than 70 years old.Methods: The clinical data from 46 women aged more than or equal to 70 years from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively according to the relationship between the tumor size,axillary lymph nodes,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),and CerbB-2 in breast cancer.Results: In the aged group,the positive rates of ER was higher than that of control group(P=0.04).The positive rate of CerbB-2 was lower than that of control group(P=0.02).Conclusion:Breast cancer in aged women has low histological grade,the parameter of weak invasion and good prognostic profile.Higher expression of ER and lower expressions of CerbB-2 may explain the clinical features.
