| 摘 要： | 本实验对恶性疟原虫(FCC—1/HN)裂殖体体外短期无血清培养上清可溶性抗原进行了纯化,并用CIE及ELISA法检测和分析上清可溶性抗原的免疫学活性.结果表明,恶性疟原虫体外短期无血清培养上清中有可溶性抗原存在,抗原特异性与恶性疟原虫虫体抗原相似:经亲和层析纯化的上清抗原中不含可测水平的红细胞膜抗原成分.

| Abstract: | Supernatants collected from the short-term in vitro serum- free cultures of Plasmodium falciparum ( Pf ) schizont infected erythrocytes were detected and analysed by counter-electrophoresis ( CIE ) and enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay ( ELISA). Soluble antigens were purified from the supernatants by immunoabsorbent chromatography.It was found that soluble antigens similar in immuno-spe-cifity to the sonicated Pf antigens were present in the supernatants and no ery-throcyte membrane antigens were detectable in the affinity column-purified supernatant antigens ( Ps-Ag ). |
