| 摘 要： | 目的:观察低分子肝素治疗原发性肾病综合症(系膜增生性肾小球肾炎)的临床效果。方法:随机选择30例系膜增生性肾小球肾炎表现为肾病综合症的病人分为两组,对照组采用强的松、潘生丁及常规对症支持治疗。治疗组在强的松和常规对症支持治疗的基础上使用低分子肝素。结果:治疗4周后,与对照组相比较,治疗组24小时尿蛋白定量明显降低,血浆白蛋白明显升高,血浆纤维蛋白原明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素能减少原发性肾病综合症(系膜增生性肾小球肾炎)病人尿蛋白,升高血浆白蛋白,缓解高凝状态,预防血栓形成,是治疗原发肾病综合症安全有效的抗凝药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: Explore the effect of LMWH on patients with nephritic syndrome. Methods: 30 patients were divided into two groups - plus LMWH group (15 cases) and control group (15 cases) Results: The urinary protein excretion decreased while plasmas albumin increased; fibrinogen decreased too. Significant differences were found between the two groups (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: LMWH is effective in treating patients with nephritic syndrome. |
