| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清白三烯水平在毛细支气管炎及哮喘发病中的作用.方法用ELISA方法检测血清半胱氨酰白三烯水平及呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、流感病毒、副流感病毒IgM抗体.结果毛细支气管炎的病原体分析,呼吸道合胞病毒IgM抗体检测阳性率为43.0%.毛细支气管炎组血清白三烯水平显著升高,与对照组比较差异无显著性(P＜0.01).不同病毒感染组与对照组血清白三烯水平比较,差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01),不同病毒感染组间血清白三烯水平比较,差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论毛细支气管炎的病原体以呼吸道合胞病毒感染为主,存在多种病毒混合感染,毛细支气管炎患儿血清白三烯水平升高,可能是引起毛细支气管炎后反复喘息和哮喘因素之一.不同的病毒种类对白三烯的产生影响不大.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine a role of cysteinyLTs in bronchiolitis.Methods Level of cysteinyLTs in serum and RSV-IgM,ADV-IgM,FLU-IgM,PIV-IgM were analyzed by ELISA.Results Pathogenic analysis of bronchiolitis was conducted,with positive rate of RSV-IgM 43.0%.Concentration of cysteinyLTs in serum was significantly higher in bronchiolitis group than in control group(P<0.01).Concentration of cysteinyLTs in serum was not significantly different among various virus groups(P>0.05).Concentration of cysteinyLTs in serum was significantly higher in varous virus groups than in control group.Conclusion Pathogenis of bronchiolitis is mainly due to RSV with mixed infections of multivirus.Concentration of cysteinyLTs in serum is higher.It is likely to be one of the factors that induce gasp and asthma.Types of virus does not play an important role in producing cysteinyLTs. |
