摘    要:目的;分析股骨头缺血坏死的X线、CT和MRI早期表现,评价它们的诊断价值。方法:73例双侧股骨头行X线、CT和MRI检查,分析其对早期ANFH的早期显示能力。结果:X线发现Ⅰ-Ⅱ期ANFH31例,诊断准确率42.5%(31/73);CT发现Ⅰ-Ⅱ期ANFH43例,诊断准确率为58.9%(43/73);MRI发现Ⅰ-Ⅱ期ANFH65例,诊断准确率为78.2%(57/73)。结论:X线平片难以发现ANFH的早期表现,MRI是显示早期ANFH有效而可靠的方法,可提供更多的诊断信息,诊断价值高于CT和X线平片。

Abstract:Purpose To analysis the early appearances and to evalutate the diagnostic value of X ray, CT and MR imaging in avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH). Methods X ray, CT and MRI were performed in 73 cases of bilateral femoral head. The ability of X ray, CT and MRI to demonstrate the early ANFH was analysised. Results The diagnostic accuracy was 42.5% for X ray, 63.2% for CT and 100% for MRI. Conclusion It is difficult for X ray plain film to find out the early ANFH. MRI is reliable to display the early ANFH and could provide more diagnostic information. Diagnostic value of MRI is superior to CT and X ray plain film.
