消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷治疗眶周瘀血的临床护理研究

目的：比较消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷与常规对症治疗对眶周瘀血的疗效。方法：60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规对症治疗即生理盐水擦洗，点抗生素眼药水，4次／d，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷治疗。结果：消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷治疗眶周瘀血，敷药24h后，肿胀消除80％以上，总有效率为93％，对照组总有效率为37％（P〈0．05）。结论：消肿祛瘀散眼罩外敷消除局部肿胀、疼痛的效果显著，且护理操作简便易于观察。

Study on clinical nursing in the treatment of local periorbital stagnation of blood by external application of swelling relieving medicinal powder eye - cells

Objective: To compare the effect on the treatment of periorbital stagnation of blood by applying reliving swelling medicinal powder with routine therapy. Methods: To divide 60 patients into two groups (30 cases each) at random. The control group was treated with normal saline and eye drops q.i.d. and observed group was additional given reliving swelling medicinal powder. Results: The symptom of swelling relieved 80% after 24h of treatment. The effective rate of observed group was 93% and control group 37%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application is applicable, simple and effective.
