| 摘 要： | 目的 了解综合医院住院患者医院感染的因素,为预防与控制医院感染提供可靠依据.方法 采用前瞻性调查方法 对2008年25 908例患者进行医院感染监测.结果 医院感染率为3.27%;第一季度医院感染率5.01%,不同季度的医院感染率不同;医院感染部位以呼吸系统发病率最高,占67.27%;医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,占77.94%.结论 加强医院感染监测,减少侵入性操作,落实<医务人员手卫生规范>、<医院隔离技术规范>,合理应用抗菌药物,是预防医院感染的有效措施.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the causes of nosocomial infections in the general hospitals and provide the reliable evidence to prevent and control the nosocomial infections. METHODS An analysis was made on the basis of the survey and the data came from 25 908 patients from 2008 in our hospital. RESULTS The rate of nosocomial infection was 3.27%.
