| 摘 要： | 医疗质量是评价医院整体水平的量重要标准，产医院管理工作的核心。提高医院质量管理手段，把医疗质量管理置于医疗过程中的环节质量控制，是当前医疗管理亟待解决的问题。笔提出了医疗质量实时控制的概念，并对建立医院医疗质量实时控制系统，实现医疗服务的环节质量实时监测和控制的意义、内容和方法步骤进行了初步研究和设计，力求通过系列工作，从医院管理的角度，研究和建立具有我国特色的医院医疗质量管理的新模式。

| Abstract: | Medical treatment quality is an important standard to evaluate the whole level of hospital and the core of hospital management. The author brings forward the conception of real-time control system of medical treatment quality .Pilot study and research are carried out in real-time control system ,the meaning of real-time inspect and control and content and process during achievement of tache quality. The new mode of hospital medical treatment quality with our country characteristic is researched and established from hospital management angle through series job. |
