理气胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的实验研究

目的探讨理气胶囊对实验性子宫内膜异位症大鼠激素水平及相关因素的影响。方法采用放射免疫法测定血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P);免疫组化法测定ER、PR、VEGF、NK细胞。结果理气胶囊能够降低子宫内膜异位症大鼠外周血中E2、P水平;降低异位内膜ER、PR的含量;提高NK细胞活性;并可抑制血管内皮生长因子的生成。理气胶囊的实验效果与对照药丹那唑相近。结论理气胶囊能够通过调节子宫内膜异位症大鼠的内分泌而抑制异位内膜的血管形成,从而抑制异位内膜的生长;同时增加NK细胞的活性,以加强对异位内膜组织的清除作用。

Experimental Research of Liqi Capsule in Treating Endometriosis

Objective To study the effect of Liqi capsule in sexual hormone and other relative factors endometriosis rats. Methods The content of E2 and P in serum were determined with radio immunoassay. ER, PR, VEGF and the activity of NK cells were determined with immunohistochemical method. Results Liqi capsule can reduce the level of E2 and P in the blood of rats, lower the content of ER and PR in ectopia endometrium, raise the activity of NK cells, and restrain the generation of VEGF. The effects of Liqi capsule are close to those of Danazol. Conclusion Liqi capsule can control the growth of ectopica endometrium by regularing endocrine. At the same time, it increases the activity of NK cells to reinforce their effect of getting rid of the ectopia endometrium.
