| 摘 要： | 本研究采用琼脂糖单向免疫扩散法,测定了34只受热兔血清总补体活性,结果表明,动物进入(38℃)高温仓后1h和3h,血清总补体活性分别为28.62±8.26u/ml,12.32±4.30u/ml,明显低于对照组(40.48±13.03u/ml),本研究旨在观察高温环境不同时间,对动物总补体活性的影响,及对机体健康的影响程度,为在高温环境下工作,及野战军训指战员提供保健指导。

| Abstract: | The activity of the serum total complement of 34 rabbits were measured with a-garose single immunodiffusion test in the hot environment(38C),The results showed that after the animals, were taken into the hot cabin for 1 and 3 hrs, their activities of the total complement, were 28.62 8.26f/ml and 12.32 4.30/ml, respectively, and significantly decreased compared with the control group (40. 48 13.03/ml). The effects of the different conditions and times on the activities of the total complement were studied, which suggested the effects of hot environment on the human health. |
