2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-3-甲基丁腈合成工艺的改进

摘    要:目的合成2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-3-甲基丁腈并进行工艺改进。方法以3,4-二甲氧基乙腈和2-溴丙烷为原料,筛选相转移催化剂,进行烃化反应得到目标物。结果以四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,收率为82%,产物结构经熔点和核磁共振氢谱确认。结论所改进的合成路线操作简单,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To synthesize 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-methylbutanenitrile(1) and improve the synthetic process.METHODS(1) was synthesized by using 3,4-dimethoxyphenylacetonitrile(2) and 2-bromopropane as the starting material with selected PTC.RESULTS TEBA was used as the optimistic catalyzer with yield of 82%.Chemical structure of the product was confirmed by melting point and()~1HNMR.CONCLUSION The synthetic route of this method is suitable for industrial production.
