血必净与克林霉素磷酸酯协同治疗细菌感染性荨麻疹的临床分析

目的观察和评价血必净与克林霉素磷酸酯协同治疗细菌感染性荨麻疹。方法随机将患者分为治疗组（35例）与对照组（30例）。治疗组先静脉滴注克林霉素磷酸酯（内蒙古白医制药）,再静脉滴注血必净注射液,1次/d;对照组静脉滴注克林霉素磷酸酯,2次/d。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94.29%和83.33%,治疗组症状和体征恢复正常时间均少于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血必净与克林霉素磷酸酯协同治疗细菌感染性荨麻疹能够缩短疗程,改善临床症状,提高疗效。

Xuebijing and clindamycin phosphate treat infectious urticaria

Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of infectious urticaria by using xuebijing and clindamycin phosphate.Methods Patients with random would be divided into treatment group（35 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Treatment group patients were intravenous infusion of clindamycin phosphate and xuebijing successively,once per day;the control group patients were only intravenous infusion of clindamycin phosphate,2 time per day.Results The treatment and the control groups efficient were 94.29% and 83.33% respectively,signs and symptoms of treatment group return to normal time by less than control group,2 group has significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing and collaborative clindamycin phosphate treat infectious urticaria to shorten the length of treatment,improved clinical signs,improving the results.
