| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃癌患者生存质量的影响因素及与社会支持的相互关系.方法:横断面调查法分析100例胃癌患者的生活质量及其影响因素以及与社会支持之间的相关性.结果:离异或丧偶(F=4.45)、未婚(F=4.08)的胃癌患者生活质量低于已婚患者,P＜0.01;受教育程度为小学及以下的胃癌患者生活质量低于初中(F=6.94)、高中(F=7.38)、大学及以上(F=7.56)的患者,P＜0.01;医疗费用支付方式为全自费的患者生活质量低于政府医保(F=7.46)和商业医保(F=7.95)的患者,P＜0.01,胃癌患者获得的社会支持明显高于正常人群,t=3.58,P＜0.01;胃癌患者的生活质量与其获得的社会支持水平呈正相关,r=0.458,P＜0.01.结论:社会支持水平与胃癌患者的生活质量明显相关,应充分利用社会和家庭的力量重视对惠者的社会支持,以提高胃癌患者的生活质量.
