闵行区信息化监管平台对临床检验危急值监管效果的影响

目的 ：研究信息化监管平台对临床检验危急值监管效果的影响,旨在利用信息化监管手段提升医院管理水平、降低医疗风险、保障患者安全。方法 ：抽取闵行区3家综合性医院在2011年3-5月及2012年同期发生临床检验危急值的全部住院病例,对危急值的发布、处理、记录、复查等环节的管理缺陷进行干预前、干预后的调查,评价信息化的监管平台对危急值监管效果的影响。结果 ：通过信息化监管平台干预后危急值管理各环节总体缺陷率较干预前显著下降。结论 ：信息化监管平台对危急值的监管有明显的促进作用。

The inlfuence of informationized supervision platform on the effect of the clinically examined critical values supervision in Minhang District

Objective：To investigate the influence of informationized supervision platform on the clinically examined critical values supervision and to make use of the means of information supervision to promote the management level of hospitals,reduce the medical treatment risk and ensure the safety of patients.Methods：All hospitalization cases which were examined critical values in three comprehensive hospitals in Minhang District from March of 2011 to May of 2011 and from March of 2012 to May of 2012 were extracted.The defects in supervision in releasing,handling,recording,rechecking of the critical values before and after intervention were investigated.The influence of informationized supervision platform on the critical values supervision was assessed.Results：The overall proportion of defects of every link in the informationized supervision platform decreased significantly after intervention.Conclusion： The informationized supervision platform has a positive effect on the management of the critical values.
