| 摘 要： | 目的编制简明抑郁症中医证候自评量表,为中医、中西医结合提供临床筛查、评估抑郁症的工具。方法采用临床流行病学调查、条目分析及经验性筛选等方法建立量表,通过对454例受试者的测量(307例抑郁症患者,147例健康人对照),从75项未经临床检验的条目中最终筛选21项条目,编制简明抑郁症中医证候自评量表。结果量表Cronbach’sα为0.915,重测相关系数是0.916,分半信度系数为0.894,因子分析显示量表结构效度较好。结论简明抑郁症中医证候自评量表具有较好的信度和效度。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo develop a concision depression symptoms rating scale of traditional Chinese medicine. MethodsThe methods of epidemiology, item analysis and experienced selection were used to construct the scale.The scale was developed by testing 454 cases ( 307 depression patients and 147 normal control subjects). The scale consisting of 21 final item was from 75 items without clinical validation. ResultsThe Cronbach's a was 0.915;the retest reliability was 0.916;the split half reliability was 0.894;the result of factor analysis showed satisfactory construct validity. ConclusionThe depression symptoms rating scale of traditional Chinese medicine attained satisfactory reliability and validity. |
