康复疗法与丁咯地尔注射液治疗脑梗死

摘    要:目的:评价国产盐酸丁咯地尔(赛莱乐)和进口活脑灵注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效、安全性及早期康复治疗效果。方法:采用随机、对照试验方法将70例患者随机分为丁咯地尔组、丁咯地尔加康复治疗组(康复组)和活脑灵组,均治疗14d,观察其疗效和安全性。结果:国产丁咯地尔可显著降低脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分、血小板聚集率和血液粘稠度(P<0.01),总有效率为86.67%,不良反应发生率10.0%,与活脑灵比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);康复组与丁咯地尔组比较能显著改善脑梗死所致神经功能缺损评分(P<0.05)。结论:国产丁咯地尔注射液对脑梗死所神经功能障碍有较好的改善作用,能降低血小板聚集率、血粘度,副作用少,与进口活脑灵注射液疗效相当,且价格便宜,配合早期康复治疗对脑梗死所致神经功能缺损有更好的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective\ To evaluate the therapeutic effects, safety and early rehabilitation efficacy of buflomedil HCl in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods\ Seventy cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: Buflomedil HCL group and buflomedil HCL plus rehabilitation group. The administration of both buflomedil HCL and Fonzylane lasted 14 days. The therapeutic effects and safety were observed. Results\ buflomedil HCl could reduce the neurological impairment score, platelet aggregation rate and blood viscosity significantly ( P <0 01) with the total effective rate being 86 67 % and the rate of side effect being 10 0 % respectively. There was no significant difference between buflomedil HCL and imported hydrochloric buflomedil (Fonzylane) ( P >0 05). Compared with the buflomedil HCL group, the neurological impairment score in the buflomedil HCL plus rehabilitation group was improved significantly ( P <0 05). Conclusion\ buflomedil HCL could improve the neurological impairment caused by cerebral infarction and reduce the platelet aggregation and blood viscosity. There were few side effects. The therapeutic effects of buflomedil HCL were nearly equal to those of imported Fonzylane. Early rehabilitation with buflomedil HCL could improve the neurological impairment caused by cerebral infarction better.
