针刺对女性更年期抑郁症患者血清FSH E_2的影响

目的:观察针刺对女性更年期抑郁症患者血清雌激素的影响,并探讨针刺作用机理。方法:将60例入选病例随机分为针刺组和对照组,每组各30例。分别给予针刺和口服抗抑郁剂治疗,6周为1个疗程。两组患者分别于治疗前和1个疗程结束后抽取外周静脉血,检测血清FSH和E2的含量。结果:治疗后针刺组血中E2含量明显增高,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗后血中E2含量没有明显变化,与治疗前相比,没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者FSH含量有所下降,但分别与治疗前比较,均没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后FSH含量组间比较,亦没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺主要通过对神经内分泌系统整体的良性调节及提高卵巢的功能来改变雌激素的含量,从而发挥对女性更年期抑郁症的治疗作用。

Effect of Acupuncture on Feminine Hormone In Climacteric Age Depression Women

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture on climacteric age depression women,and to explore its operating mechanism.Methods:60 patients were randomly dividied into a treatment group(30 cases treated by acupuncture)and a control group(30 cases treated by antidepression drugs).They were treated for 6 weeks.Blood follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)、estradiol(E2)were observed before and after treatment.Results:E2 was increased after acupuncture and there was significant difference between pre and post treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between pre and post treatment in control group(P>0.05).FSH has no obvious change.There was no significant difference between the treatment of acupuncture and antidepression drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture realized its effect by adjusting the neuroendocrine system's function and increasing the function of ovary,which was further to cure femals' climacteric age depression.
