呼吸肌综合康复疗法对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效观察

摘    要:将慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期病人随机分为康复治疗组和非康复治疗组。康复治疗组在一般传统疗法基础上,加用营养、能量补充、合理氧疗与逐步增加膈肌运动负荷、提高呼吸肌耐力(体外膈肌起搏并穴位刺激,呼吸阻力锻炼、呼吸操并缩唇呼吸等)相结合的呼吸肌综合康复方法,非康复治疗组仅采用一般传统疗法(抗感染、疏通气道、低流量吸氧等)进行治疗。结果显示:康复治疗组与非康复治疗组相比,常规肺功能(FVC,FEV10%)和主要血气指标(paO2、paCO2),呼吸肌耐力和生活质量,均有明显改善,两组差异显著(P值分别<0.05和0.01)。提示:呼吸肌综合康复疗法,近期疗效满意,有广泛推广应用价值。

Abstract:The patients with chronic obstruction pulmonary diseases at remission stage were divided into rehabilitation group and non rehabilitation group.The patients of rehabilitation group received sythetic rehabilitation therapy,including alimento therapy,energy supply,valid oxygen therapy and incresing diaphragm exercise tolerance,the endurance of the respiratory muscle(external diaphragm pacing and phrenic point stimulation,breathing resistance exercise,respiratory exercise and contract lip breathing),while the patients of non rehabilitation group received traditional therapy only(anti infection,deroppilate air passage and low oxygen inhalation).The comparison between the rehabilitation group and the non rehabilitation group showed that routine pulmonary function (FVC,EFV 1.0 %),major blood gas analysis data( p ao 2 , p aco 2 ),respiratory muscle endurance and living quality had significantly improved in rehabilitation group( P<0.05,P<0.01 ).The results suggest that the recent curative effect of the synthetic rehabilitation therapy for respiratory muscle is satisfactory and it can be widely used widely.
