光枝勾儿茶中红镰霉素苷类成分及其对DPPH清除作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究光枝勾儿茶全株中的红镰霉素苷类成分,探讨其对二苯代苦味基肼自由基(DPPH)的清除作用.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构,并对化合物进行清除DPPH活性试验.结果:从光枝勾儿茶乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分分离得到3个红镰霉素苷类化合物,分别鉴定为红镰霉素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(rubrofusarin-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,1),红镰霉素-6-O-β-D-(6'-O-乙酰基)吡喃葡萄糖苷rubrofusarin-6-O-β-D-(6'-O-acetyl) glucopyranoside,2],红镰霉素-6-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1-6)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷rubrofusarin-6-O-α-L-rhamnosyl(1-6)-O-β-D-glucopyranside,3].对DPPH清除能力试验结果表明:3个化合物对DPPH自由基都有较强的清除能力,对照品VitC、化合物1~3的半清除率浓度IC50(μmol·L-1)大小依次为18.2,40.5,23.3,13.6.结论:化合物1~3均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物2为新化合物.3个化合物均具有较强的抗氧化活性,其中化合物3的清除效果优于VitC.
