中西医结合防治代谢综合征

代谢综合征(metabolic suyndrome,MS)属于生活方式疾病,是一系列代谢紊乱和心脑血管危险因素的聚集.目前认为MS是以胰岛素抵抗为中心环节,多种复杂的遗传与环境因素相互作用的结果.中医对这类病证病机的认识,主要是脏腑虚损,实邪郁阻.在此基础上,治疗的基本策略是以改善胰岛素抵抗为中心的多重危险因素的综合防治,发挥中西医结合的优势.本文将着重从防治方面作一综述.

Metabolic syndromeis relatedtothelife style .The main clini-cal manifestations include metabolic disorders and some riskfactors thattendto cause cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases .Now,it is consideredthat metabolic syndrome is mainly caused bymany complex genetic and environmental factors on the basis of insulinresistance .According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine ,thedisease results fromthe deficiency of the organs and the stagnation ofpathogenic factors .In the prevention and treatment of metabolic syn-drome ,it is advocatedto prevent the occurrence and development of in-sulin resistance ,and the emphasis should be put on the comprehensiveprevention andtreatment of riskfactors ,so as to develop the advantageof the integration of the traditional Chinese and western medicine .Thisreview will focus on the prevention and treatment of metabolic syn-drome .
