正交设计法优选红花渗漉工艺

摘    要:目的:优选红花最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(3^4)正交试验,以红花黄色素和羟基红花黄色素A的含量作为评价指标,对红花的渗漉工艺进行研究。结果:最佳提取条件是以60%乙醇浸渍12h,25倍量进行渗漉,渗漉流速为0.5ml·min^-1。结论:该优选条件实验结果可靠,方法简便,适于生产中该中药的提取。

Abstract:Objective:AIM To study the optimum extraction conditions of safflor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A.Method:saf- flor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A were used as markers.The percolation process of Carthamus Tinctorius L.was studied by orthogo- nal design with L_9(3~4).Result:The Carthamus Tinctorius L.were soaked with 60% alcohol for 12 h,then were percolated with 25 times amount of 60% alcohol,and the percolate speed is 0.5 ml.min~(-1).This extractive condition is the best way.Conclusion:The re- sult is credible and the method is simple,it can be used for batch production.
