血管内皮抑素在喉癌声门上型中的表达

目的检测血管内皮抑素（Endostatin）在喉癌声门上型组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集40例喉癌声门上型组织,取大于癌旁2 cm以上的正常喉黏膜组织40例作为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法检测Endostatin的表达情况。结果 Endostatin的表达在喉癌组织中明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.368,P〈0.05）。无淋巴结转移的癌组织中Endostatin阳性表达率明显高于有淋巴结转移的癌组织,差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.726,P〈0.05）。结论 Endostatin可抑制喉癌的生长和转移,为预测喉癌的预后提供了一定的理论依据。

Expression of endostatin in supraglottic carcinoma

OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of endostatin in supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma and analyze its relationship with clinicopathological features.METHODS The tissues of the supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma and its adjacent normal laryngeal tissue for 40 patients were collected.Endostatin expression in the specimen were detected using SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS Endostatin expression in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the specimen of the adjacent normal laryngeal tissue,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=10.368,P 0.05）.The positive endostatin expression rate of the carcinoma tissue in patients without lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=9.726,P0.05）.CONCLUSION Endostatin can inhibit the growth and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma,and it can provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
