育麟方对肾阳虚大鼠排卵功能的影响

目的探讨育麟方对肾阳虚大鼠模型排卵功能的影响,并了解其药效学作用。方法大鼠肌注氢化可的松注射液36mg/kg×9d,再25mg/kg×5d造成肾阳虚证模型,随机分为模型组、西药组、育麟方低和高剂量组,另设10只大鼠为正常组。模型组和正常组均灌胃生理盐水,其余3组分别灌胃相应药物,连续15d,每日称体质量。于动情期取血,测定血浆β-内啡肽、血清E2和P含量。结果用药后育麟方高、低剂量组体质量显著高于其余组(P<0.05);β-内啡肽含量显著高于西药组(P<0.05),与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);育麟方高剂量组E2和P含量与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论育麟方能显著恢复造模后大鼠体质量、血浆β-EP、血清E2和P含量,作用优于克罗米芬或类似。

Influence of Yulin recipe on ovulation function of rats with deficiency of kidney - Yang

Objective It is to study the influence of Yulin recipe on ovulation function in rat models with deficiency of kidney-Yang and to comprehend its pharmacodynamics. Methods The rats were given hydrocortisone 36 mg/(kg·d) for nine days and 25 mg/(kg·d) for five days to made deficiency of kidney-Yang models. Then the rats were randomly divided into model group, western medicine group and low-dosage and high-dosage Yulin recipe groups. Another ten rats were chosen as normal group. Model group and normal group were given normal saline and other groups were given respective medicine by intragastric administration for 15 days. Body mass of all the rats were measured every day. The rats’ blood was gotten when they were in heat period and the content of plasma β-endorphin (β-EP), serum E_2 and P were measured. Results The body mass in low-dosage and high-dosage Yulin recipe groups were significantly heavier than that in other groups (P<005), and the content of β-EP was significantly higher than that in western medicine group (P<0.05) and was no significant difference compared with normal group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the content of E_2 and P between high-dosage Yulin recipe group and normal group (P>0.05). Conclusion Yulin recipe can significantly recover the body mass, the content of plasma β-EP, serum E_2 and P of model rats. The action was superior or similar to Clomifene.
