过氧化氢在中性条件下氧化降解壳聚糖的研究

摘    要:目的:研究制备不同分子量壳聚糖的方法。方法:壳聚糖的水溶液加入一定量的双氧水,加热搅拌一段时间进行降解。结果:分子量为103万的壳聚糖降解得到分子量5万到94万不等壳聚糖,反应时间、舣氧水的质量百分比、反应温度等因素均可对其产生一定影响。结论:中性条件下双氧水降解壳聚糖成本低,反应条件温和,易处理,产量高,可得到预期分子量的壳聚糖。在降解过程中对降解结果产生影响的因素依次为:双氧水的质量百分比>反应温度>反应时间。

Abstract:Objective: In order to investigate the producing method for chitosan with different molecular weight. Method: The hydrogen peroxide was added into the chitosan water solution, heated and stirred for some time. Results: The molecular weight of the chitosan decreased from 1.03 to 0.05-0.94 million, and the factors such as reaction time, the quality percentage of hydrogen peroxide , reaction temperature and so on affected it. Conclusion: This method has low cost, mild reaction condition, easy treatment and high output, and it can get the expected chitosan. The factors which may affect the results during degradation are as follows: quality percentage of hydrogen peroxide >reaction temperature> reaction time.
