| 摘 要： | 应用双抗夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定５２例溃疡性结肠炎患者血清白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平。结果，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平溃结组显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；重度患者高于中度患者（Ｐ＜０．０５）；中度患者显著高于轻度患者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。１９例中、重度患者治疗后ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平可作为溃疡性结肠炎病情及疗效判断的新的生物学指标。

| Abstract: | erum sIL-2R levels of 52 patients with ulcerative colitis
were detected using a sandwich ELISA.The results showed that the
average level of serum sIL-2R of ulcerative colitis patients was much
higherthan that of normal group (P<0. 01 ), and serum sIL-2R levels
of serious patients were significantlyhigher than that of moderate
patients ( P<0. 05 ).sIL-2R levels in patients with moderate
conditionwere much higher than that of mild patients (P<0. 01).Serum
sIL-2R levels in 19 patients with moder-ate or serious condition were
not Significantly lower untilthey had been treated
effectively(P<0.01).The results indicated that serum,sIL-2Rlevel is a
new biological index for the assessment of the stageand the response
to medical intervention in ulcerative colitis. |
