足底内侧岛状皮瓣修复足底区软组织缺损的疗效观察(附16例报告)

目的 探讨足底内侧岛状皮瓣修复足底区软组织缺损的效果.方法 对16例足底区软组织缺损的患者行带血管神经蒂的足底内侧岛状皮瓣修复.结果 16例患者的皮瓣均成活良好.随访6个月～5年,皮瓣修复重建后皮肤的感觉、色泽、痛觉、耐磨性及负重功能良好.结论 足底内侧岛状皮瓣修复足底区软组织缺损的临床效果满意.

Effect of Foot Soft Tissue Defect with Island Plantar Skin Flap: A report of 16 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical results of medial island plantar skin flap for renovation of soft tissue defect.Methods Totally 16 patients with soft tissue defect were given plantar medial artery island skin flap for renovation.Results The flaps for all 16 patients grew well.The postoperative follow-up for 6 months to 5 years showed all were good after renovation by the flap in sensation color,algesthesia,abrasion-resistance and loading function of the skin.Conclusion Satisfactory clinical outcome is achieved by plantar medial artery island skin flap.
