COPD患者血尿酸或尿酸/肌酐水平测定的临床意义

目的分析COPD患者血尿酸或尿酸/肌酐水平测定的临床意义。方法选择某院2010年6月～2011年6月66例COPD患者,根据患者COPD等级分为3组,20例COPDⅡ级的患者为Ⅱ级组;24例COPDⅢ级的患者为Ⅲ级;22例COPDⅣ级的患者为COPDⅣ级组,同时选择同期住院的20例肺炎、急性支气管炎患者为对照组,观察COPD3组患者治疗前后血尿酸,血肌酐及肺功能FEV。同时与对照组进行比较分析。结果治疗前COPD分级越高,血清尿酸(UA)水平越高,3组UA水平均明显高于对照组,IV级组水平明显高于Ⅱ级组与Ⅲ级组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);3组患者Pa02明显低于对照组,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);COPD患者治疗后UA、Pa02均较治疗前有明显下降,3组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 COPD患者血尿酸随着病情的变化而变化,治疗后病情缓解,血尿酸随之下降,检测COPD患者血尿酸可为判断患者病情提供参考,具有较高的临床价值。

Clinical significance of measurements of uric acid or uric acid/creatinine in COPD patients

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical significance of measurements of uric acid or uric acid/creatinine in COPD patients.METHODS 66 COPD patients were selected in our hospital from June 2010 to 2011 June.According to the level,COPD patients were divided into three groups,20 patients in COPDII level group;24 cases in COPDIII level group;22 cases in COPDIV group.And simultaneously Selected 20 hospitalized cases of pneumonia,acute bronchitis as the control group.Observed serum uric acid,creatinine,and lung function FEV of patients with COPD in three groups before and after treatment.At the same time,compare the RESULTS with the control group.RESULTS Before treatment,the higher classification of COPD had,the higher serum uric acid(UA)level was.UA in three groups were significantly higher than in the control group,which in IV-level group was significantly higher than Class II and Class III group,the difference between the two groups was significant,P﹤0.05;Pa02 of patients in three groups was significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was significant,P﹤0.05;after treatment,UA,Pa02 was significantly decreased than those before treatment,there was a significant difference in the three groups before and after treatment,P﹤0.05.CONCLUSION COPD patients’ serum uric acid change with patients’ disease condition.Uric acid can be detected in patients with COPD to provide a referenceto determine the patient’s condition,which with a high clinical value.
