妈咪爱和思密达联合用药治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察

目的探讨妈咪爱和思密达联合用药治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法选择2009年6月～2010年6月某院收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予妈咪爱和思密达联合用药。观察两组的临床疗效、症状改善和不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组为66.7%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);观察组患儿的脱水恢复时间、止泻时间及住院时间均明显早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论妈咪爱和思密达联合应用治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎能产生协同作用,既能维持肠道微生态平衡又能保护肠黏膜,从而迅速改善症状,显著提高疗效,值得临床进一步推广和应用。

Observation on curative effect of Medilac-Vita and Smecta in treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis

OBJECTIVE To explore curative effect of Medilac-Vita and Smecta in treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis.METHODS 60 cases of rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,based on this,the observation group was given Medilac-Vita and Smecta in treatment.Observed the curative effects,improvement in symptoms and adverse reaction in two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of curative effect in observation group was 93.3%(28/30),the control group was 66.7%(20/30),the difference was significant(P﹤0.01);the dehydration recovery time,stop time and time in hospital in the observation group were obviously earlier than that in the control group,there were significant differences(P﹤0.05);two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.CONCLUSION Medilac-Vita and Smecta in treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis can produce synergism,maintain intestinal micro-ecological balance and protect intestinal mucosa,thus rapidly improve symptoms and the efficacy,it is worthy of clinical application.
