当归鸡精口服液改善营养性贫血功能研究

摘    要:目的研究当归鸡精口服液改善营养性贫血的功效。方法按照随机双盲的原则,将符合贫血诊断的100例试食者分为试食组和对照组,每组各50例,分别给予当归鸡精口服液和安慰剂,实验前后对试食者进行膳食调查和血液学和血生化指标进行检测。结果试食组服用当归鸡精口服液30d后血红蛋白(HGB)含量为(117.94±9.79)g/L,高于服用前(106.90±9.65)g/L。试食组HGB平均升高幅度为10.98%,而对照组为1.06%。HGB水平及升高幅度,试食组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);试食组红细胞内游离原卟啉值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。对照组实验前后各指标无变化。结论当归鸡精口服液具有改善营养性贫血的功能作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To research on the effect of Angelica Liquid Chicken on improving nutritional anemia.METHODS We randomly divided 100 subjects with anemia into intervention group and control group in accordance with the double-blind randomly principle.50 patients were in each group,and they were given Angelica Liquid Chicken and placebo,respectively.The dietary survey and detections of hematological and blood biochemical markers were performed before and after treatment period.RESULTS Hemoglobin content of the intervention group after taking Angelica Liquid chicken for 30 days was 117.94 ± 9.79g/L,which was higher than that before treatment(106.90 ± 9.65g/L).The HGB of test group increased by an average rate of 10.98%,while the control group was 1.06%.There was significant difference of HGB levels and increased rate between test group and control group(P﹤0.05);The values of free protoporphyrin in REC of test group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There was significantly difference(P﹤0.05).The indexes had no change before and after treatment in control group.CONCLUSION The Angelica Liquid Chicken could improve nutritional anemia.
