布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗AECOPD的疗效观察

目的对联合雾化方法治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的效果进行探讨。方法将130例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组采用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇组治疗,而对照组单用沙丁胺醇治疗,观察两组治疗前后的肺功能、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗结束后,观察组的各项肺功能指标与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),观察组的肺功能指标显著优于对照组。治疗结束后观察临床疗效,观察组的临床疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。2例观察组患者发生轻度咽部不适症状,1例患者的血糖水平升高;对照组2例出现心悸,1例患者出现手抖,但以上不良反应均为轻度,经对症处理后症状均消失。经统计学比较,两组患者不良反应的发生率无明显差异性(P﹥0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗AECOPD具有一定的实用价值。

Observation on curative effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of combined atomization method in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary.METHODS 130 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,in which the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with salbutamol,while the control group only with albuterol treatment,pulmonary function,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction in two groups were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS After treatment,various indices of lung function in the observation group were different comparing with the control group,the difference was significant(P﹤0.05),the lung function indices in observation group were better than control group.After the end of treatment,clinical effect were observed,the clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P﹤0.05).2 cases in observation group occured mild throat discomfort symptoms,1 case with elevated blood glucose level;2 cases in the control group were with palpitations,1 case with tremor,but more adverse reactions were mild,symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment.The incidence rates of adverse reactions in two groups had no significant difference(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION Budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD has a certain practical value.
