摘    要:目的探讨在冠心病教学中应用冠状动脉造影术和心电图的方法对教学效果的影响。方法选取临床医学专业同一年级的医学生100名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50人。对照组学生的冠心病讲解结合心电图进行,实验组在对照组的基础上结合冠状动脉造影术进行教学。教学完成后对两组学生进行同样的问卷考试。结果通过比较两组学生的答题情况,以说明两组的教学质量。实验组考试合格率82%,高于对照组学生的考试合格率56%,差异具有统计学意义。结论在冠心病教学中应用冠状动脉造影多媒体教学与心电图讲解相结合的方式能有效提高学生的学习效果,增加其对冠心病的理解,提高教学质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of coronary arteriongraphy(CAG)combined with electrocardiogram(ECG)in coronary heart disease education.METHODS 100 medical students were divided into 2 groups(control group and experimental group)at random,50 students in each group.Ordinary education mode with ECG teaching was used in control group,and new education mode with ECG combined with CAG teaching was accepted by experimental group.The same questionnaire test was accomplished by all the students after the teaching.RESULTS The exam qualified rates of two groups were calculated to compare the students’ learning effect.The qualified rate of the experimental group was 82% which was higher than the rate of control group(56%),and the difference was significant.CONCLUSION The application of ECG combined with CAG multimedia teaching in the coronary heart disease education can improve the students’ learning effect,increase students’ understanding of coronary heart disease,and improve the quality of teaching.
