铜陵县城区婴幼儿生长发育状况分析

目的:了解铜陵县城区婴幼儿营养健康变化情况。方法:以2007年和2011年我县城区婴幼儿健康检查结果为依据,分析铜陵县城区婴幼儿健康状况的变化规律。结果:铜陵县城区婴幼儿体重、身长在稳定的基础上有小幅上升;体重低下、生长迟缓、消瘦发病率呈下降趋势;肥胖发病率明显下降;营养性缺铁性贫血发病率明显上升。结论:铜陵县婴幼儿营养健康状况不断改善,但缺铁性贫血问题仍相当突出,应引起足够重视。

Study on Growth Situation of Infants And Children In Tongling Country Town

Objective:To know the nutrition and health change of infants and children in Tongling country town. Methods: According to the health examination results of infants and children in our country town in 2007～2011 ,to analyse the health status change law .Results: The weight and height of infants and children in Tongling country town increased slightly in a stable foundation.The morbidity of low weight and growth retardation and pedatrophia showed descending tendency. The morbidity of obesity was dramatic decline. The morbidity of nutritional iron deficiency anemia was apparently increased. Conclusions:The nutrition and health condition of infants and children in Tongling country town is in the continuous improvement process.But nutritional iron deficiency anemia is still an outstanding problem,it should be deserve our adequate attention.
