成年健康男性77例阴茎延长术的临床观察

目的通过阴茎延长术达到阴茎延长的目的 ,满足患者性心理和性生理的需求,提高生活质量。方法选择22～60周岁成年健康男性,平均年龄38.3周岁,阴茎自然状态下小于4cm,平均(2.5±1)cm。选择对象不包括性腺发育异常,先天性睾丸发育不全综合征,(细胞核型分析47XXY)等先天性性腺,性器官发育异常所导致的阴茎短小患者。耻骨前正中直切口长3cm左右,达男性性生殖三角顶端后,沿生殖三角皮肤外侧缘做V型切口至阴茎根部左右两侧平3点,9点钟处。依次切开皮肤、皮下,分离阴茎三角,切断阴茎浅悬韧带,深悬韧带切断1/3～2/3,充分松解释放阴茎体。结果 77例患者手术顺利,除一例患者切口延期愈合外,其余患者均一期愈合。5例患者出现阴囊水肿,术后20d左右消失。阴茎在自然状态下体外部分达到(6±1.5)cm。延长3～5cm,平均4cm。所有患者对手术效果满意。结论随着物质生活水平的提高,对生殖器大小及性生活质量要求也随之提高。通过阴茎延长术可以满足这部分患者的性心理和性生理的需求,提高生活质量。

Clinical observation of penis lengthening surgery of 77 cases of healthy adult men

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of the penis lengthening surgery in order to kown the sex psychology and sex physiology requirements of the patients and improve their life quality.METHODS The healthy adult men were chosen.Their ages ranged from 22 to 60,and the average age was 38.3 years.Their penises were less than 4cm in the natural state and the average length was 2.5±1cm.The selected subjects didn’t include the men with the abnormal gonad,the congenital aplastic testis syndrome,and the short penis caused by the congenital dysplasia of the gonad(the cell karyotype 47XXY)and the dysplasia of the sexual organs.The straight incision in the middle of the front surface of the pubis was 3cm or so,and the V-shape incision was made till the planar points at 3 clock and 9 clock on the left and right sides of the penis root along the lateral border of the reproductive triangle skin at the top of the reproductive triangle area of the men.The skin and the hypodermis were cut open successively in order to detach the penis triangle area;the shallow suspensorium clitoridis and 1/3 to 2/3 of the deep suspensorium clitoridis were cut off in order to fully release the phallosome.RESULTS The operations of 77 patients were performed smoothly,and had healing by first intention,except one patient having delayed healing.The hydrocele appeared in five patients and disappeared about 20 days after the operation.The penis outside the body reached up to 6±1.5cm in the natural state.As a result,the penis was lengthened by 3-5cm and 4cm on the average.All the patients were satisfied with the operation results.CONCLUSION With the development of the living standards,people want to increase the length of their penis and improve the sexual life quality.The requirements for sexual psychology and sexual physiology of these patients can be satisfied through the penis lengthening surgery.
