社区康复对脑卒中患者生活质量影响的研究和现状分析

目的:研究社区康复对脑卒中患者生活质量的长期影响。方法:选择96例脑卒中患者随机分为康复组和对照组各48例。2组患者均接受常规药物治疗,康复组在社区进行3个月以上的康复治疗,分别于入选时和治疗3个月时评估汉化版SF-36健康调查量表。结果:康复组在康复3个月后,在生活质量的各个维度改善程度均明显好于对照组,与入组时相比,除躯体疼痛评分无显著性差异外(P>0.05),其余各维度评分差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复对脑卒中患者的躯体功能、精神状态、心理功能均有良好的影响,有助于患者改善生活质量,早日融入社会。

The Effects of Early Community Rehabilitation on Quality of Life and Social Accesses of Patients with Stroke

Objective:To study the effects of early community rehabilitation on quality of life and social accesses of patients with stroke.Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(n=48) and control group(n=48).Two groups were treated with routine clinical treatment,acupuncture treatment and psychological treatment.Rehabilitation group began rehabilitation treatment.Two groups were evaluated with the SF-36 scale at baseline and at the end of the 3th month.Results:At the end of the 3h month,patients in rehabilitation group showed significant improvements in various dimensions of quality of life than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Community rehabilitation can improve the somatic function,psychological function and social function in patients with stroke.
