成都市金牛区2009~2010年医疗机构消毒质量现况监测

摘    要:目的了解2009~2010年金牛区所辖医疗机构消毒质量现况。方法现场采样空气、物表、医生手等样品,按照《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)进行评价。结果两年共监测医疗机构798家,合格628家,消毒质量监测总体合格率为78.70%。其中监测医院35家,医院消毒监测总体合格率为80.00%;监测社区卫生服务中心21家,社区卫生服务中心消毒质量监测总体合格率为80.95%;监测诊所742家,诊所消毒质量监测总体合格率为78.17%。结论金牛区医疗机构消毒质量整体比较好,应加强消毒质量监测,确保医疗安全。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To survey disinfection quality of the medical institutions in Jinniu district of Chengdu from 2009 to 2010.METHODS The medical institutions were selected in Jinniu district,the samples were collected such as the air,surface and hand etc.We assessed the samples according to GB15982-1995.RESULTS From 2009 to 2010,the total medical institution surveillance number was 798.628 of the 798 medical institutions were qualified.The total qualified rate of disinfection quality surveillance was 78.70 percent.For hospital,the surveillance number was 35;and the total qualified rate was 80.00 percent.For CHCs,the surveillance number was 21,and the total qualified rate was 80.95 percent.For clinics,the surveillance number was 742,and the total qualified rate was 78.17 percent.CONCLUSION The disinfection quality of the hospitals and clinics in Jinniu district was good,and we should enhance the inspection frequency as well as the nosocomial infection training to the medical people,control the transmission of the infected disease,and ensure the medical security.
