唐山市2010年手足口病流行特征分析

目的了解唐山市2010年手足口病的流行病学特征,为控制手足口病提供科学依据。方法根据唐山市传染病报告系统、手足口年度统计表以及哨点医院采集标本检测数据,对2010年手足口病的疫情进行了流行病学分析。结果唐山市2010年报告手足口病5519例,报告发病率为:75.6/10万。其中重症81例,死亡1例;手足口病发病时间主要是在4～8月,发病人群主要为5岁以下的儿童,占总病例数的92.48%,,男童多于女童(1.62/1)。结论手足口病高危人群是5岁以下儿童,在手足口病高发季节,应针对该群体采取综合有效的干预措施。

Analysis of epidemic characteristics of cases with hand-foot-mouth disease in Tangshan in 2010

OBJECTIVE Through analyzing the epidemic characteristics of cases with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Tangshan in 2010 to control hand-foot-mouth disease effectively.METHODS Analyzed the epidemic characteristics of cases with HFMD in Tangshan in 2010 by data offered by notifiable communicable disease reporting system,also including data from yearly statistics of HFMD and surveillance sentinels.RESULTS Totally 5 519 cases of HFMD were reported in 2010.The reported incidence was 75.6/100 000.There were 81 cases with severe HFMD,including a dead case in the whole.The period from 4-8 months was the peak season when HFMD had more incidence.In addition,male to female was 1.62︰1 in the whole cases with HFMD,while most cases were children in 0-5 years age group,accounting for 92.48%.CONCLUSION The high risk group of HFMD is mostly in the age of 0-5.In seasons with higher incidences of HFMD,we must pay more attention to the high risk group of HFMD,and prevent and control the prevalence and outbreak by effective intervention measures.
