重庆市北碚区2004～2009年其他感染性腹泻病的流行病学分析

目的了解重庆市北碚区其他感染性腹泻病的流行特征,为有效控制其发生提供理论依据。方法对重庆市北碚区2004～2009年疾病监测信息报告系统中上报的其他感染性腹泻病例数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2004～2009年共报告其他感染性腹泻病例4858例,占肠道传染病总数的61.38%,年平均报告发病率133.88/10万,2006年以来发病率逐年下降,病例发病时间相对集中在6月至次年1月;城乡发病率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.67,P﹥0.05);各年龄组发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=39796.69,P﹤0.005),以﹤5岁年龄组发病率最高,散居儿童(56.34%)为主,其次为农民和学生。结论北碚区其他感染性腹泻病防治重点对象为﹤5岁以下散居儿童,重点区域为社区、农村和学校,应继续落实综合防制措施。

Epidemiological analysis of other infectious diarrhea diseases in Beibei District of Chongqing from 2004 to 2009

OBJECTIVE To understand the trends and characteristics of other infectious diarrhea diseases in Beibei district of Chongqing.METHODS We conducted the epidemiological methods to analyze the infectious diarrhea diseases report from 2004~2009.RESULTS 4858 were reported between 2004-2009,61.38% ratio of intestinal infection diseases.The annual average incidence 133..88/10 000,after 2006,the reported cases is declining.There was no significant difference in endemic distribution of town and community(χ2 = 3.67,P﹥0.05).There was significant difference in endemic distribution of age groups(χ2 = 39 796.69,P﹤0.005).Chidlren under 5 years old and scattered children(56.34%)were the majority then peasant and students.CONCLUSION The majority age group of other infectious diarrhea diseases is under 5 years old.The Key areas for the community,rural and schools,it is necessary to pay attention to districts,countries and schools,and we should taken comprehensive measures for intervention.
