| 摘 要： | 目的研究吡格列酮联用胰岛素治疗对初诊成人隐匿性自身免疫糖尿病(LADA)患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响及其临床意义。方法临床选择初诊LADA患者51例,分为单用胰岛素治疗对照组(25例)和吡格列酮联用胰岛素治疗组(26例)。所有患者进行为期2年的治疗访视,研究结束时比较两组患者治疗前后胰岛β细胞功能指标的变化。结果吡格列酮联用胰岛素治疗组AUCCP30、AUCCP120和2hC肽水平均高于单用胰岛素组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论吡格列酮在减轻LADA患者胰岛β细胞进行性免疫破坏过程中起着重要的作用,有助于保护早期LADA患者胰岛β细胞功能。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of the Pioglitazone on beta cell of islet of the LADA patients. METHODS 51 preliminary diagnosed as LADA patients were chosen,and 25 of them were treated with insulin and 26 were treated with insulin and pioglitazone during the two years. At the same time,functional parameters of beta cell of islet were detected and analyzed. RESULTS The level of AUCCP30,AUCCP120 and 2 h C peptide in the group treated with insulin and Pioglitazone were higher than those in the group treated with insulin alone. CONCLUSION Pioglitazone plays an important role in the protection of beta cell of islet in the LADA patients. |
