气管切开术后长期带管患者的家居陪伴相关知识现况的调查与分析

目的了解气管切开术后长期带管病人家居陪伴对气管切开相关知识掌握的现况,为护理干预提供参考依据。方法采用自己设计的调查表对48例气管切开术后长期带管的家居陪伴进行问卷调查。结果 96%的陪伴相关知识来源于护士健康指导,87.5%～90%的陪伴对功能锻炼不了解,73%～85.4%的陪伴对并发症的观察与处理不了解,58.3%～66.7%陪护对套管常规护理基本了解,79.1%～87.5%的陪护对生活护理熟悉。结论长期带管患者的家居陪伴相关知识明显缺乏,尤其是功能锻炼和并发症的观察与处理,套管的常规护理和生活护理次之,护士针对性的护理干预尤显重要。

Investigation and analysis of the related knowledge of home-care providers for the patients with long-term tubes after tracheotomy

OBJECTIVE To investigate the related knowledge in home-care providers for the patients with long-term tubes after tracheotomy and to provide evidence for nursing intervention.METHODS A questionnaire designed by the authors was adopted to investigate forty-eight home-care providers for patients with long-term tubes after tracheotomy.RESULTS The related health knowledge of 96% home-care providers came from health guidance of nurses.87.5% to 90% of the providers had little knowledge on functional exercises;73% to 85.4% of them did not know how to observe and manage complications;58.3% to 66.7% of them had basic knowledge of tube routine nursing;79.1% to 87.5% of them were familiar with living nursing.CONCLUSION The homecare providers obviously lack of related health knowledge,especially on functional exercises,observation and management of complications.They have some knowledge of routine nursing about tube and living nursing.It is important for nurses to carry on targeted nursing intervention.
