大连市居民生殖健康知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状调查

目的了解大连市居民生殖健康知识、态度、行为的现状与需求。方法抽取大连市市内4区及周边区市共计14个社区802位市民进行问卷调查。结果被调查者中,认为偶尔的性生活而不采取避孕措施的话不会怀孕的占13.1%,不知道的占27.4%;在避孕节育中,安全套使用率为71.5%,男性结扎手术采用率极低,仅为1.2%;在有过性行为的被调查者中,第一次发生性行为时采取避孕措施的占24.5%,使用过安全套的占80.4%;经常接受计划生育健康教育的占52.5%,而87.3%的被调查者希望获得生殖健康知识。结论大连市居民生殖健康知识水平不高。大连市居民实际接受的生殖健康服务情况与对生殖健康服务的期望值还有差距。有关部门要做到多方协作,加大宣传力度;培训从业人员,发挥专业人士在生殖健康服务中的作用。

Survey on the Knowledge,Attitude,Practice of Reproductive Health among Residents in Dalian

OBJECTIVE To know about the knowledge,attitude,practice of reproduction health among residents in dalian.METHODS Questionnaire survey was conducted in 802 residents who lived in the 14communities of 4 districts in city and the districts on the edge of the city.RESULTS 13.1% of the subjects thought that the occasional sexual without the contraception measures would not pregnant,and 27.4% of them did not know;The utilization rate of condoms for contraception was 71.5%,The utilization rate of vasectomy was 1.2%;665 subjects had sexual behaviors,24.5% of them used contraception in the first sexual behavior,80.4% of them used condoms;52.5% of the subjects received education for reproduction health,and 83.7% of them hope to obtain reproduction health knowledge.CONCLUSION The reproductive health knowledge of residents in Dalian is not high.There is a gap between the received situation of reproductive health services and their expectation among residents in Dalian.Related departments should do great efforts for the coordination and promote;It is necessary to train employees and give full play of professionals in reproductive health services.
