承德县2007～2010年免费婚前医学检查效果分析

目的预防和减少出生缺陷,提高出生人口素质,探讨提高婚检率的对策。方法对承德县2007～2010年的免费婚前医学检查结果进行分析、总结。结果承德县4年的免费婚检率25.99%,由原来的1.57%逐步提高到69.9%,免费婚检率逐年递增,取得了显著成效;疾病检出率45.57%,由原来的37.70%逐步上升到43.28%;出生缺陷发生率逐年下降。结论在政府支持的前提下,充分利用健康教育,加大宣传力度,增强人们接受婚检的自觉性;降低了出生缺陷的发病率;免费婚检非常必要,切实可行。

Analysis of free pre-marital medical examination results in Chengde County from 2007-2010

OBJECTIVE To prevent and reduce the tendency of birth defects,improve the quality of the birth population and explore and improve the method of pre-marital checkup rate.METHODS The free pre-marital medical examination results of Chengde County were studied and summarized.RESULTS Within 4 years monitoring,the free pre-marital examination rate was 25.99%,had improved from 1.57% to 69.9%.It increased gradually year by year and achieved remarkable results;the detection rate of disease was 45.57%,had increased from 37.70% to 43.28%,the occurrence rate of birth defects decreased year by year.CONCLUSION With the support of our government,it should make full use of health education,increase publicity,enhance people self-consciousness about accepting pre-marital checkup to reduce the incidence of birth defects.Free pre-marital examination is very necessary and feasible.
