股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折疗效分析

目的:探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析90例老年股骨粗隆骨折患者的临床病例资料,根据治疗时采用的手术方式分为2组,对照组45例给予动力髋螺钉固定治疗,观察组45例给予股骨近端锁定钢板治疗,对比2组手术指标并随访1年,对比2组疗效。结果:观察组手术指标均明显优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组疗效91.11%优于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折有显著疗效,是一种理想的手术方式,值得临床推广。

The Analysis of Effect of Proximal Femur Locking Plates for Treatment for Intertrochanteric Fracture old Patients

Objective:Investigate the effect of Proximal femur locking plates for treatment for intertrochanteric fracture old patients. Methods:Clinical data of 90 cases of intertrochanteric fracture old patients were analysed retrospectively. According to the treatment of operative Methods; These patients were divided into two groups: 45 patients of control group were given the dynamic hip screw fixation, Another 45 cases of observation group were given the proximal femur locking plates .Compared the two groups of operation signs and inquired for 1 years, then to compare the therapeatic effect between the two groups.Results:the therapeatic effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically signify (P<0.01), the effect of the observation group was 91.11% better than the 73.33% of the control group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The proximal femur locking plates is effective and an ideal method for treatment for intertrochanteric fracture old patients, worthy of generalizing.
