上海市2010年1~6月流动人口死亡分析

目的探讨2010年1~6月上海市流动人口死亡现状及原因,为流动人口疾病防控提供依据。方法收集2010年1~6月上海市流动人口死因登记报告系统个案资料,分析上海市上半年流动人口主要死因,性别、年龄分布情况。结果 1~6月上海市流动人口死亡以男性为主,占总死亡人数的66.86%;青年人口比重最大,达到了总死亡人数29.94%;损伤中毒是流动人口首位死因,占死亡总数的25.93%;损伤中毒造成死亡以青年人口为主,占损伤中毒死亡人数的61.83%,流动人口的损伤中毒平均死亡年龄为36.35岁。结论 2010年上半年上海市流动人口死亡以青年男性为主,损伤中毒是其首位死因,应加强对流动人口的健康管理和健康教育,并保障流动人口能享有较好的医疗服务。

Death analysis of migrants in Shanghai from Jan to Jun 2010

OBJECTIVE To analyze the death of migrants in Shanghai,and provide the evidence for disease prevention and control. METHODS We collected dates from Death Registration and Reporting system from January to June 2010,analyzed the death of migrants in Shanghai,and study sex,age distribution and influencing factors. RESULTS From January to June 2010,the death of male migrants in Shanghai,which accounted for 66.86% of deaths;the largest proportion of death was young people,and the total number of deaths reached 29.94% of deaths;The injury and poisoning was the first cause of migrants,accounted for 25.93% of deaths;Deaths of young people for injury and poisoning accounted for 61.83% of injury and poisoning deaths,and the deaths age of migrants for injury and poisoning was 36.35 years on average. CONCLUSION From January to June 2010,The major part of the deaths was young man,injury and poisoning were the first cause of death. We should strengthen the migrants’ health management and health education,and protect migrants to enjoy better medical services.
