单项运动干预对糖耐量减低女大学生血糖和胰岛素的影响

摘    要:目的初步探讨餐后单项运动干预对糖耐量减低青年女大学生血糖和胰岛素的影响,为糖耐量减低青年女大学生运动护理干预及女大学生健康保健提供理论依据与参考。方法从1163名在校女大学生中筛查出29位糖耐量减低者,其中14人为受试者。受试者分别进行不同起始时间和不同强度的运动干预试验,在静息日和运动日各时间点采血,测定各时间点血糖与胰岛素水平,计算各组血糖-时间曲线下面积和胰岛素-时间曲线下面积,监测运动强度。结果在餐后血糖出现峰值前的15min、30min点运动,血糖峰值控制在了餐后15~45min内,其峰值分别降低17.90%、37.82%,而餐后60min、90min点运动,血糖峰值仍在60min点,与对照组持平;60min点前开始运动对胰岛素峰值均有影响(P﹤0.05),至少提前30min出现,呈越早运动越早出现的特点。各时间点运动30min后均能降低糖耐量减低女大学生餐后180min内的血糖-时间曲线下面积和胰岛素-时间曲线下面积。结论餐后30min开始中等强度持续运动30min能达到对糖耐量减低女大学生餐后血糖和胰岛素水平较为理想的控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of single postprandial exercise intervention on plasma glucose and insulin of young female students with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT),and to provide the theoretical basis and reference for exercise nursing intervention to young female college students with IGT,and for college health care. METHODS 14 subjects came from 29 IGT,who were screened from 1163 female undergraduates,were beginning to participate in different time and different intensity exercise intervention trial. At each time point on rest and exercise days,blood samplings were drawn for detecting the levels of plasma glucose and insulin,calculating each group’s Glucose Area Under the serum concentration Curve(GAUC)and Insulin Area Under the serum concentration Curve(IAUC),monitoring exercise intensity and exercise energy expenditure. RESULTS The peak of plasma glucose was controlled within postprandial 15-45min,at postprandial 15min and 30min point before the Peak of plasma glucose,which decreased by 17.90% and 37.82%,respectively. While the postprandial 60min and 90min point exercise,plasma glucose peak was still at 60min point,resting on flat level of rest day. Before 60min time point,30min’s exercise affected the peak of insulin(P﹤0.05),which appeared ahead of time at least 30min,and there were features of the earlier movement the sooner peak of insulin. No matter what point of time and time quantum 30min,exercise can reduce the GAUC and IAUC of female students with IGT within postprandial 180min. CONCLUSION The optimum effect of single postprandial exercise intervention on plasma glucose and insulin of young female undergraduates with IGT was 30min’s medium intensity exercise intervention at postprandial 30min time point.
